GARDEN GROUP 1
We meet monthly (except August and December) on the third Friday of the month at 2:30 pm. We have a programme of visits to gardens alternating with meetings in members' homes where we enjoy a variety of gardening topics.
Unfortunately this group is full and has a waiting list.

GARDEN GROUP 2.
The group was formed in 1996, when Group 1 became full.
In January we meet to plan our activities for the coming year followed by a buffet lunch.
During the colder months we tend to meet In members homes for either a video, general discussions, or a speaker will visit. We have also visited, the R.H.S. Early Spring Shows at Westminster, demonstrations at Hillcrest Nursery and also the Garden History Museum at Lambeth.
During the warmer months we try to visit as many gardens as possible, for instance we have been to Hyde Hall, Wisley, Beth Chattos, Glen Chantry, Penshurst Place, the Gardens of the Rose, etc. We have also visited many local gardens, sorme of which have been visited more than once during different seasons.
Joint visits with Groups 1 and 3 have been to Anglesey Abbey, Geoff Hamilton's Barnsdale, Savill Garden, Bressinghan, the Gibberd Garden and Sheffield Park.
